Matt Leibel lives in San Francisco, where he works as a freelance copywriter and part-time tennis instructor. His stories have been published widely online and in print, and have been chosen multiple times for the Best Small Fictions and Best Microfiction anthologies. He has read his writing aloud in a police station, in a nail salon, in a botanical garden, at numerous dive bars, and while dressed as an airline pilot.
